We are genuinely interested in what our Customers have to say about our service and collect this information both informally, and formally via questionnaires and suggestions.
Every completed questionnaire is recorded and the results are available to all staff. We have an internal suggestions system, again available to all staff, for recording ideas from staff and customers alike.

We aim to offer competitive prices and excellent value for money at all times, and we don't inflate our prices under the protective cover of a cynical "price guarantee".
