24 Hour access at ABC

Please note that 24 Hour access is available only on selected units at Southwark and Wandsworth.

24-hour access allows us to give customers access to certain storage centre areas 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Nothing changes during the normal opening hours of the store - the team will still be on hand to answer any queries. Outside of normal opening hours the store is not staffed, but an access control system and remote CCTV monitoring are in place to ensure it remains safe and secure.

If an alarm is activated the monitoring station will connect to the storage centre via the CCTV and the PA system; they will make an assessment of the situation before taking the appropriate action.

In order to take advantage of our 24 hour access you will need to be issued with two swipe cards and a pin number. You will also need to undertake a short 24 hour access tour in-store so that we can show you how the system works.
